How do I get a refund for these charges? What if I do not recognize this charge?
If you have charges on your billing statement from NCSOFT that you wish to dispute or would like to request a refund, we can be reached by phone (866.367.9516) or email (email@example.com).
Please provide the following information:
- First and Last Name on Credit Card
- Last 4 Digits of Credit Card
- Billing Address
- Date Charged
- Amount Charged
