We would like to thank our affected players who have been enduring crashes since the March 26 update for their patience. If you have characters with expiring items (such as houses, pets, gear, etc.) that you are unable to access due to this issue, please submit a new ticket directly to the Game Support staff, as they are best equipped to assist you with your requests.
To ensure a speedy response, please follow the steps below in submitting your ticket:
- 1. Create a new ticket.
- 2. Select "General Gameplay Questions" on the drop down menu.
- 3. Use "Client Crash - Expiring Items" as the subject line.
- 4. In the ticket body, describe the issue you are having per character using the following format
- Name of character on the server
- Name of expiring item(s) affected for that character.
- (If applicable) Name of expiring house lot the particular character owns.
In addition to these restorations, please be aware this issue is a priority with us and our developers have been informed a resolution needs to be provided. Once this issue has been resolved, we will look into providing additional items or services for the inconveniences experienced.
