How do I access the in-game shop?
While in game, click the Black Cloud Marketplace icon on the lower right next to the minimap, and the shop will open.
How will I receive my purchased items?
The item that you purchased from the shop will be delivered by the Black Cloud Delivery Mail NPC. From there, any characters from your account will be able to see the NPC. (In this way, you can claim the item you purchased on the character you wish)
Will I be able to purchase Black Cloud Coin from the in-game shop?
Yes, you can purchase Black Cloud Coin from the Black Cloud Marketplace Store inside of the game.
What can I buy in the In-Game Shop?
Most store items are available in the shop. The Prestige Pass and Account Services can now be purchased through BCM In-game.
